About Balanced Beth Yoga

Come exactly as you are. Really.

 

I want to encourage the people who think yoga isn’t for them to give it a try. I promise you if you have a body and you can breathe, yoga can meet you right where you are.

I believe yoga should feel like a soft landing not a performance and not a competition.  My approach to teaching is grounded in kindness, patience, and a deep respect for every body and every experience. It's not about perfect poses or fancy leggings. It's about showing up, feeling into your breath, and gently reconnecting with yourself.

My classes are here to help you move with curiosity, rest when you need to, and rediscover that quiet little light inside that sometimes gets a bit dim in the noise of everyday life. Think of it as your invitation to slow down, soften, and just be for a while.

 

So bring your whole self! Your stiffness, your tiredness, your curiosity, your joy. Let’s build a practice that’s soft, welcoming, and completely centred around you. I hope to see you on the mat.

Yoga Styles

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is an invitation to slow down and soften. In this class, you’ll be guided into deeply supportive shapes using props and stillness, giving your body the chance to fully rest and release.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a gentle dance of breath and movement a flowing practice that meets you where you are and moves with you. In this class, we’ll link breath to movement in a way that feels intuitive, grounding, and spacious.

Meditiation

Meditation is your invitation to pause, to turn inward, and to simply be. In this space, there’s nothing to achieve and nowhere to get to, just a gentle return to your breath, your body, and the present moment
